Influenzer owns the name, trademark, and logos that appear on the platform. All intellectual property rights in and to the platform are owned by or licensed to Influenzer. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The content on the platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty. Influenzer does not accept any liability for errors or omissions, or for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any third-party services linked from it.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
